Summer Activities Contact Us Awards
Iny Asian Dance Studio accept new students every year at the beginning of each year, starting from January to May.
Our goal is for each dance class to finish learning 2 songs for each year. Starting on January the students will be learning a new dance routine and finish it by the middle of the year, and then starting another (2nd) routine right away.
June 10th, 11th, and 12th ~ No Dance Classes (AMA Youth Film Festival 48 hours)
June 8th ~ Parents Meeting (All Dancers: Mn SunShine, Ocean, Hmong Heros, Rainbow, Hmong Baby Dolls)
June 16th ~ Cirque du Soleil OVO, at Mall of America 4-6pm. Meet in Parking Lot – the Big Blue/Yellow Tent at 3:30pm
June 21st ~ Dance Practice for old dancers from Baby Dolls, Rainbow and Ocean 11am-5pm
***NO DANCE ON June 30th, July 1st, July 2nd, July 3rd, July 4th****
Except for MN SUNSHINE, come to dance on FRIDAY JULY 1st 11am-2pm

Wednesday, July 13th ~ Performance at Bryan Lake Bowling
July 27th ~ No dance from 11am-5pm

1. Summer Regular Class, Session 1: June 13th- August 28th ~ Regular Classes*
Focusing on Competition Dances, taught by Iny Mai Vang
- Tue 6-9pm : New Rainbow
- Wed: 6-9pm : New Ocean
- Thurs 2-5pm -:Hip Hop (only until 08/26/2011)
- Fri 6-10pm : New MN SunShine
- Sat 9am-1pm: Silver Skies, noon-5pm: New Ocean, 4pm-9pm: New Hmong Heros
- Sun 1pm-4pm: Silver Skies, 3-9pm: New MN SunShine
2. Summer Special Class, Session 2: June 18th – August 26th – Practice for the August Recitals dances, reviewed the assigned dances, and acrobatic training.
DANCERS who can’t come at this session, will not be included in the August Recital Performances
- Mon: Everyone 11am – 5pm ~ Acrobatic Training with Teacher Chimgee
- Tues: Old Rainbow (Bollywood Dance) & Old Ocean & Silver Skies (in the Qeej Dance) 11am-5pm ~ taught by Jennie
- Wed: Old Ocean / Silver Skies (Bamboo, Mermaid, Qeej) 11am-5pm
- Thurs: Old/New Hmong Heros (Drum Dance & Requirements) 11am-3pm, Hip-Hop 2-8pm
- Fri: Old/New Hmong Heros (Drum Dance), Old Ocean (Bamboo/Mermaid) and Silver Skies (Qeej) 9am-noon. Old/New MN SunShine noon-5pm
3. Summer Special Class, Session 3: July 18th – August 26 – Focusing on Acrobatic Training taught by Teacher Chimgee
